Textures not loading/streaming correctly and other issues
I've been having this issue where textures remain at N64 qualities and the only way (ive tried a few) that seems to work every time of getting them to load is simply changing the textures to another setting and then back, however, often times my entire computer will completely lock up (ive let it sit for over an hour before it was getting far too hot to let it keep running like this) and it would just stay frozen at whatever I was looking at when I switched the setting, forcing me to hold the power button and reboot. Usually happens if I change it to an option over medium the second time. I was playing with Extra texture setting with no problem when I first bought the game and played it. Now it's just problem after problem, 3 reinstalls, verified cache, changed some INI settings to little avail. I even tried setting textures to not stream in the ini, believing it would force it to load the highest texture that I have set but this did not work at all and infact made it so that even changing the texture settings in game did not affect it getting any better than N64 quality.

Any suggestions? I can deal with playing with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ textures and all, but I'd rather not have to if I can avoid it as my card has handled the game just fine at mostly max, minus shadows which I generally keep at low or medium for most games anyway, getting 50-60+ FPS. Got a lot of stuttering at first but moving to the SSD solved *most* of that. I've played previous CoDs with zero trouble, including BLOPS 2, Advanced Warfare, and cod4 - mw2.

Also, if it makes any difference I'm playing with the 15$ multiplayer only edition of BLOPS 3, though I can't imagine that actually effecting any sort of performance.

My specs:
Radeon 7850 (OC'd to 1100Mhz core clock, untouched mem clocked at 1200Mhz, via MSi afterburner)
6GB DDR2 RAM
Quadcore AMD Phenom II 2.8GHz processor
Intel SSD 120GB (Drive that blops is installed on)

It most likely is because your graphics card only has 1Gb of vram, unless you are running a 2gb model. If you are running a 2gb model then might be that you have the settings to high pretty much. some 2gb cards even have this problem

No like, textures do not load AT ALL no matter what setting I set them to. Low to medium, no change, and lots of stuttering

Its his graphics card. I know a friend with a 1.5gb card and he has the same issue where textures wont load or wont load fully.
