Can I get banned for using a .bat file?
As the question says, can I get banned for using a .bat file that simply closes down my BO3 game, with the activation of a hotkey.

I've spoke to some friends and most said they don't see why I'd get banned for it but I just want to see other opinions, as I've already used it a few times.

Wow, you created the ultimate Rage Quit Batch file. Why would you even need that? Its not worth the hassle or risk.
killall -q Mar 26, 2016 @ 4:34pm
You don't even need a batch file, there's Alt+F4.

Or if you want a "boss key" to minimize the game instantly, there's Win+D.

I created the file just to make it easier and faster to exit the game in zombies then playing public and all players die, as a lot of people I get teamed up with are noobs not always as I met a few good player. I know that I can minimize the game and close window, etc. but by doing that I lost a few perks as I didn't do it quick enough, so I created this and now I just press a button and it's done.

killall -q is correct. Windows D is your friend in 8.1 and Win 10.

Yea I use windows 7, as I'm not a fan of windows 8 and 10

If you are activating it with hotkey then you don't need to have it in Steam folder.

The file is on my desktop, not in my steam folder, as there's no need for it to be there. And this is the text I inserted in the notepad:
@echo off
taskkill.exe /F /IM BlackOps3.exe
Or do you mean that I could get a ban only if the .bat file was in the steam folder?

I am not sure if VAC looks for bat files but it shouldn't (by it shouldn't i mean if it does it's wrong).
You won't get banned by executing commands.
It's just if you lauch some process that might lead to modding or cheating.
