Where is the nuketown camo?

Well it just has been announced that nuketown and the nuketown personalisation pack (including the nuketown camo) is free for everyone now. I have the map but not the camo...can anyone help me please?

Well as far as i know, that Camo was a Amazon pre-order only bonus.
