Custom Maps Not Loading

Recently my BO3 started being weird. New maps downloaded from the workshop stopped showing up in my list of maps. I only play with friends and have tried letting them host and letting the maps auto install from just being in a lobby. I'd also join their lobby and the usermaps mod wont even engage despite a custom map being selected. I've tried deleting everything and validating files and still not fixed. Anyone else have this happen to them?

Make sure you have enough available storage. If you do but the map still isn’t appearing, try the following video: https://youtu.be/ptU29D7MXhE
Note that if the video’s method works, your friends will need to also follow the video if you want to play with them.
