Why the hell is whole Multiplayer section capped at 30fps?

The main menu and zombies is capped at 150 set by me but when I went into multiplayer menu because I wanted to play some bot match everything including multiplayer match game is capped at 30 idk why. In settings I have 144hz and fps limit on 150 and V-Sync is off.

Anyone else with this issue?
