Need some help with digital personalization pack

sooo, ihave the pre order bonus, and it came with the digital personalization pack. However, for some reason, i dont get the bonuses that come with it like the weaponized 115, cyborg and 2 others i think, unless i dont actually get the camos.

Please tell me if i actually get it or something is wrong

When did you actually buy it? Was it before release in November?

Is the Digital Personalisation Pack ticked in the DLC section of the games details page on your steam library?

Where did you buy the game? Steam? G*2*A or wherever else?

Also there are 5 Extra Camos, Cyborg, Weaponised 115, the other one like Cyborg, Nuk3town and one prior to games release assuming you registered at the time and had prestiged at least once on a previous title. I think that one is now circling in the black market called Prestige.

Yes, i did get it before november and yes it is in my library.
but i didnt know i have to get prestige.
So basically i have to get prestige on black ops 2 or advanced warfare or ghost right? just one of them?

No just that one camo required you to be prestiged in a previous cod and its called Prestige.

The other 4 you should have since you meet all requirements too then. I actually didn't ask but you have digital personalisation pack anyway but did you get the digital deluxe edition?

oh, so its just one of them i have to be prestige. and no i didnt buy the digital deluxe.
what does the pack even do then???

I think the digital personalisation pack was for buying deluxe edition.

Prestige is for registering an account prior to release and assuming you had prestiged at least once on another cod title.

The weaponised 115 was for having bought the weaponised 115 pack in bo2 I think.

Nuketown was recently given for free to all but previously was for finding a code on special drinks on an American fast food chain.

Cyborg I have no idea tbh lol unless that was digital personalisation pack and the one that I can't think of the name of I have no idea about.

I have the weaponised 115 on bo2, i do have nuke town and the camo and calling card though.
and with preorder bonus you get the digital personalisation pack.

soooooo......

Should i go to treyarch?
