How do completely delete everything?
I want to start the game as if I've never played it before, and get rid of everything. All my progress, EVERYTHING. I've tried re-installing the game, and that didn't work. I still had all my progress. Any help?

You can only fresh start after your first prestige.

Even if you fresh start, you still keep your black market items, emblems, and all that stuff. I want it to be as if I've just bought the game and haven't done anything.

Why would you even want this?

Because I want to do a Dark Matter grind from level 1, don't ask why, I'm bored...

There has to be some kind of file in the game that can be modified to delete all your progress...

Here's how you do it. Create a second account with Steam using a different email address and username. From your first account, under Steam>Settings>Family, setup your second account as a family member and share your game library with the second account. Log back in to your second account and presto chango, start up black ops 3 under your new account and the game will start fresh as if you just bought it - since in actuality you are a brand new player under the new account. The beauty of it, is you can always go back to your first account and play it without losing anything. There's some youtube vids out there for more detailed instructions if you look for them.
