I think you have a different problem, I don't think it's related to the game.
I have to agree with texasrattler. I also think it has nothing to do with the game itself.
I think you need to take a closer look at your router. Might be a bug in it's firewall or something?
And your other games have no problems going online?
The only other thing that comes to mind is your drivers. And although it seems farfetched, check your videodrivers. Make sure you have the latest version installed.
It sounds like bs but i know for a fact that outdated videodrivers can cause the strangest issues.
Edit: while i'm here, Is that Doom not so good? I see you haven'nt played it much...
Outdated router or modem can cause issues. Contact your provider or simply replace your equipment if it's old/damaged in anyway.
Ok. I'm a fresh fish in the bo3 pond so i just named a few things that i could think of as maybe a probable cause. I know how annoying it is not being able to connect. Had a long strict NAT issue that i only got fixed after 2 weeks. With a whole lot of afford... Anyhow, i hope you'll be able to fix this within a fraction of mine man. Good luck!
