Are u stupid? There wont be legal mod menues for BO3. Every cheat/hack will get you banned for sure. BO3 has the best anti cheat of all CoDs by far

to make things clear. he may saying it a bit wrong but it isnt hard to figure out what he means. i can figure out 2 things by it.
1st being by mod menu he means when u can play "custom" maps like u could in WaW
2nd: if they add a "console" browser which let u type in some different commands as u also could in WaW or even MW,mw2-3 and bo1....

well they did had a "mod menu" in waw,mw, mw1-3 and bo1... its called "console"
not so true. bo2 had or well still HAS the best anticheat progress..

hmm if he looking for that then yeah its stupid.
but in previous CoD u could use the console menu to "hack"..... there was such a thing as adding unlimited ammo, god mode or even make the mystery box unmovable
