Keyboard and mouse not working?

Hi everyone,
I am unable to click a key nor mouse in Black Ops III. I tried running as admin, the menu works but when I open zombies, multiplayer or campaign, it just stops working. I am using Razer Synapse. I have tried closing the program before opening up the and opening it back up but it refuses to work. Only my controller works, but who would play with a controller lol.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have found a solution. I have Japanese IME installed on my PC. The game doesn't recognise other IME except for US standard keyboard.
I uninstalled the Japanese language pack, and it worked. So then I reinstalled the Japanese language pack. In the language settings go to keyboard and ensure that your override for default input method is English US and use CTRL + SHIFT to switch between the two language keyboards.
