PS3 CONTROLLER FOR PC

Hey, I recently purchased a rock candy usb PS3 controller, and I seen tons of Youtube videos of how to set em up. I tried and it doesnt work, the controller I use isn't a offical controller but it works. Can somebody help me out? Also when I use DS3 tools like MotionInJoy I can't see my controller.

My Specs:

FX-6300 3.5 ghz
GTX960 (4gb)
8 Gb Ram
1 Terrabyte hardrive

Rock Candy controllers are just cheaper than standard ones. Third party controllers don't work with controller emulation tools on PC. I would return the controller if possible and get an official Xbox 360 wired controller[www.amazon.com], they're very cheap and work flawlessly with most PC games.

If you buy a third party controller, make sure it supports Xinput for games that only support Xbox controllers, like the Logitech F310[www.amazon.com].

I personally prefer the XB1 controller over the 360. If you wanna use a ps3 it has to be official contoller with motionjoy

I agree. But there are people out there who use the controller in conjunction with the mouse and keyboard. Using the rubber band method...
