Mouse accelleration/sensitivity
So I finally got black ops 3 on computer, yay! However, I find a bit of a struggle trying to aim using the mouse. I'm used to the TF2 style of aiming, where the mouse gives instant feedback when you move it. However, in black ops 3, it seems to always have a delay. Is there a way to remove this kind of delay? I see so many youtubers also having the fast feedback on aiming.

Go to windows control panel > Mouse Options and make sure that the mouse's Speed slider is set to neutral. The slider must be set exactly in the middle !
Although the next has little to no influence for my settings, it is best to uncheck the Mouse Precision checkbox.
Now go inside the software of your mouse and set the dpi to a fairly high setting
(I use 2000 dpi) and in the control settings of BO3 set the Mouse Sensitivity to a low value.
(Mine is at 1.50 but you'll have to experiment a bit until it feels right)
NO mouse acceleration and NO mouse filtering.

Now this way your mouse 'reads' the surface with high dpi so it senses even the slightest movement, but because of to the low in-game setting it is still controlable.
A mouse with a botton for variable dpi settings is very useful of course, otherwise your cursor could become somewhat invisible in windows with a dpi this high...

Windows mouse precision has a great impact on MY gaming expierience, but turning it off is always a good idea :)
For the dpi (dots per inch) question, i try to set my mouse speed completely with the dpi settings, since the in-game mouse speed option only is kind of a multiplier that is applied to the signal, the game gets from the mouse.
My suggestion is to let the ingame sens at 1 with raw mouse input, since you also want to turn windows acceleration freatures off (which also just add filters and multipliers to your mouse)
With ingame sens 1 and raw_mouse_input 1 the game (should) take every action from the mouse and execute it 1:1 like it got it from the mouse.
Since i have a free dpi scaling i have a better feeling playing with my actual mouse speed than 'giving my game 1800dpi input just to let the game scale it to 1.35 baseline' so i would rather give it 2430 x 1 instead of 1800 x 1.35.
Also with this setting it is alot easier to reproduce your exact speed, since you only have to know your mouse sens (which is basically useless if your friend for exemple uses another ingame speed multiplier) but since that one is 1, everything stays as simple as possible.
