I'm not 100% sure, but if it's like world at war, without chaning the mods themselves, you can't.

You can, It just requires going into the mods folder, and placing one of the mods you would like to use, into the other mod folder of one other mod that you want to use,

wouldnt that make like 1028 errors? cuz the scripts can override eachother and cause crashes and stuff

If I'm thinking correctly, it shouldn't as long as there's one mod folder and inside that folder, there are all the mods in a sub-folder. IE: (BO3 file directory)>mods>mods sub-folder> individual mod folders. I'd say give it a shot, but make a back up just in case.

one custom map plus one mod is allowed, some custom maps may have built in mod features itself and some mods are a combination of multiple mods but thats the only option you got

Helpful video and as long as the mods youre combining are small there should be no issues
