try waiting a bit before pressing start, looked it up and some people are saying the version in the top right updates when you wait, im not sure how long you have to wait though.
as a last resort i guess you can try to verify the game files / uninstall and reisntall the game if you havent done that yet
This worked for me with exact same code. It'll work for you too
PS I’d like to apologise for my English. I hope it’s understandable enough to help someone who has this problem. On the end I say it again as short as it’s possible: “Try to use VPN and maybe it will be helpful. In my case it worked”.
I then reinstalled the game, and voila. The game needs to start up for the first time with NOTHING interfering with it's update process (to realize the current patch being 100.2.2.7.110.0) and I'm about to try installing the mods here to see if it works.
TLDR: Uninstall all workshop mods, reinstall the game, launch game VANILLA ONCE so it does its first time run (wait for version at top right to update) Then you can close and install workshop mods
