as for the question in title, it was treyarch who decided not to include P-06 in zombie mode. since WaW (first CoD with zombies), there has been many MP weapons that weren't put into zombie maps (some were even planned to add, but later removed prior to release).
and more importantly, damage stats for weapons in zombies are rarely the same with their MP counterparts; so even if they carried P-06 (or any other desired weapon) into zombies, there would be no guarantee for it remaining as a great weapon.
- PPSh-41 was fantastic in WaW zombies, but only slightly better than average in WaW MP.
- Famas was annoyingly OP in BO1 MP, but a crappy rifle with little ammo in BO1 zombies.
- HAMR was seldom encountered in pubs of BO2 MP, but a pretty solid gun in BO2 zombies.
Zombies the best guns for high rounds 40+ camping strategy is:
01. Drakon [very good] almost like Raygun Mark II
02. Dingo [good]
03. Gorgon, BRM [mediocre]
.........................
10. Locus [too slow]
..........................
70. Throw some stone [joke]
...........................
90. SVG [big joke]
99. P06 [f****n joke]
The best guns for EE, max 30 rounds [without aim]:
All shotguns
01. Haymaker
02. Brecci
03. KRM
..........................
99. Argus [this is not joke]
in my limited playtime of SoE (only ever solo except a couple private matches with a friend), M8A7 looked good to me, although it's indeed not in same tier as Drakon or Dingo.
I didn't go beyond round 40 yet (suicide), but really liked its convenient wallbuy spot next to entrance of Ruby Rabbit. probably because I played like a boomer so far (without gumballs or AAT), if there's a wall weapon near training areas and trap locations, then it's often a decent choice for me (except certain awful guns like BAR in WaW, PM63 in BO1, Remington in BO2).
