Zombies Keeps Freezing/Crashing and I have done everything I can to solve it

As the title suggests, I bought BO3 yesterday and started playing zombies this morning, randomly throughout my game, the game will just freeze and crash at random. I have tried everything, all of my stuff is up to date, I tried editing config, verifying my game files, nothing works. I am really hoping to find any help that can help my situation.

My pc specs in case that helps
Ryzen 3600
2070 Super
16 Gbs 3200 Mhz
Installed on a WD Blue hard drive

No mate, honestly nothing has helped. I just play and hope to god it doesn't crash. I changed a setting from object transparency to medium. It didn't solve the crashing, but my game lasts longer until the crash. I mean I just crashed now as I speak. Its all hit or miss. I'm still looking for any help with this

Thanks for the help, I don't think its a hard drive issue because the guy was saying that he had crashing in other games while this is the only game that crashes for me. I moved the install onto an ssd, strangely the crashing only happens while playing zombies.

for people who experience crashes while launching the game, there are many possible fixes. but in your case, I don't know of any specific solution for the problem. still, if you can't fix it despite all efforts, you may run your PC in safe mode and try playing BO3 zombies again to see if it's any different. in case of any conflicts due to background programs, games could sometimes crash, and safe mode is when Windows only runs the essential things for itself without any others installed by its user, so this method may be useful to test if the reason is conflict by a program.

Thats actually really helpful advice, I going to test out if it works with certain background processes closed and if it doesn't I will try safe mode. Wow this was very helpful seriously, I will report back if anything changes. Thank you so much!

yeah, several common troubleshooting methods (and programs known to conflict with BO3) are mentioned in a pinned topic on BO3 discussion boards. what I did so far was re-stating them and sharing a few extra I've found on internet worked for other players.

even though I can't fully love BO3 zombies due to some of its newly-introduced features, it surely is a fun-to-play game, and I hope you enjoy it soon without any crashes.

I FIXED IT!!! I closed all start up apps and closed every single process that wasnt essential, then I left Kino on for about 6 hours to see if it would crash, and to my surprise it didnt!!! So to anyone who ever has this problem in the future or now, this is how I fixed it

Go to task manager and disable all start up processes, then end all processes that arent essential/windows related, and start up BO3 and test if it crashes.
