no, buying zombies chronicles DLC in this case wouldn't give you access to its content, because you currently have a heavily restricted version of BO3. instead of going for the full version, you should just get an upgrade pack aimed for customers owning multiplayer starter pack.

you can either upgrade to "zombies chronicles edition" or "zombies deluxe edition". actually, a rare sale event happened just a week ago, where most CoD products on steam including BO3 upgrade packs were discounted. only God and activision know when any discounts are going to happen again (I'd say unlikely before steam summer sales).

"zombies chronicles upgrade" will grant zombies chronicles DLC, in addition to base zombies, campaign mode, ability to prestige in multiplayer, access to custom content from workshop and mod tools etc. as the more expensive version, "zombies deluxe upgrade" will also grant season pass content, in addition to what's mentioned in previous sentence.

thank you very much :8bitheart: .
45,50€ is to much in my eyes and on external sites it is not really much cheaper, so i need to wait for the next sale :/ .
but maybe i am lucky and win one of my sportbets, then i don't care if i buy it for full price :D

I also used to be a fan of betting on football matches when in high school, but later quit that habit entirely. :steamhappy: yeah, the prices are still high, even for old games & DLCs, due to activision's infamous pricing policy. even though the upgrade packs aren't sold there, you should occasionally check humble store too, as that's also a 100% legit seller where sometimes discounts occur for activision titles. I'm not sure if activating a full game onto an existing copy of MP starter pack could work flawlessly (possibly yes), but you may create a separate steam account and redeem the product key there, if you find a good deal and decide to buy a full edition (instead of the upgrade packs on steam).
