Nope, in the description where you bought the key doesn't stand a single word about chronicles.

FYI:

Digital deluxe: contains base game + season pass (4 bo3 dlc zombie maps)

Zombie deluxe: contains base game + season pass + zombie chronicles maps

yeah, I checked the website as well, and it looks like the issue is due to the person who edited the content information on the product page. it still says it's "digital deluxe", not "zombies deluxe".

digital deluxe never included zombies chronicles DLC, as it was being sold way before the said DLC was released. around summer 2018, activision replaced digital deluxe with newer zombies deluxe, and it was no longer sold on official stores like steam and humble bundle. but it's still possible to get digital deluxe keys through key stores even today. the unlucky thing is, the store you bought the game from mistakenly wrote that zombies chronicles is included, too.

you should explain the key sellers that the information is wrong on product page, due to being confused and misunderstanding the difference between game versions and content. in this case, they should actually grant you a free key for zombies chronicles DLC; so ask for it, too.

just before talking to them, you can check the DLC content one final time at steam, to ensure there's nothing wrong about it on your end. to do it, right click BO3 at library and select properties. then go to DLC section and see if zombies chronicles is listed there. if not, then do what's written in third paragraph. if they don't believe that digital deluxe doesn't contain zombies chronicles DLC, tell them to check the product info from various other key stores. this was a big mistake on their end and could deceive many potential customers.
