Zombies Mentality

So whenever im playing zombies, or about to play zombies, i get really anxious, stressed, scared, nervous, etc. Am i the only one? It doesnt go away the whole time i play, i think it roots from when i would stay up to like 1 AM all alone and play BO1 zombies with random ppl online (no voice chat or anything) back in elementary school. But I wish I didnt feel this way when I am playing or about to play, because it is like i need to mentally prepare to play the game and its no fun. I love zombies, always have loved them since elementary school until now. (I just graduated!) If anyone else feels like this, let me know please! and if you used to feel like that, what did you do to overcome it? Thank you! Love you all, stay safe.
