it charge on its own

No, you need to get kills for it to charge up.

i think blast furnace is the only one that charges it quickly, but all of them do, just quite slowly

Are they different between maps? I noticed that dead wire does quite a bit in ZnS but absolutely nothing in SoE

Turned and fireworks don't give XP, points or specialist weapon charge. The others are all the same.
