Staffs Disappearing - Origins

When I pulled out the upgraded lightning staff and swapped for the upgraded ice staff, the lightning one disappeared from the game entirely. It showed as complete when I held Tab, but it was not on the pedestal in either the excavation site or at the crazy place.

Also Treyarch pls fix draw distance thank

I didn't mention crashing. That's not my problem, as I've never experienced it.

I have seen the Panzer be invisible, I have seen the red disc be invisible, the amount of bugs even after the update is still a joke.

Regarding the red disc, a friend and I may have figured out that it has five potential locations. Unless you picked it up when it was blatantly not there, it could just be in one of the other two possible ones. That said, the only issues I have encountered, fortunately enough, is the terrible draw distance and staffs disappearing if you don't explicitly place your current one down then pick another one up.
