Der Eisendrache void bow glitch?

on solo, i finished the easter egg with the electric bow, decided i wanted to do all the bows and i was doing it until i reached the void bow. i finished the fire bow before it and then i went on to do the void bow, i finished the part where i must feed the demon the broken souls and i was ready to listen what objects i should look for and it just didn't happen, i shot him again and again with the normal bow and no sound at all, i have subtitles on if you're asking and still no words were given, i went to see what are the symbols for the objects and none of em showed up, there weren't any heads on the floor after i fed the broken souls, it just seemed stuck, anyone had that problem before?

I remember I had a bug with the demon and crawler step. The crawler died during the animation and for some reason it didn't count althrough the skull was gone. Maybe the same thing happened to you.

yeah could be I tried doing the void bow again it didnt glitch out thank you for the info
