The main reason why Mac users are at a disadvantage is because of the frame rate that the game runs on. Sure, a typical Mac can run the game at 60 FPS without a problem, but most PC users can easily go beyond 120 FPS. The problem here is that, while Macs can run the game smoothly at a consistent frame rate, they are at a disadvantage in reaction time, as the frame rate directly corresponds to reaction time in games. Mac users have less frames to react, and as such, they have less time to react. More information can be found in the video below.

You'd need a higher end gaming PC to accomplish that and you get what you pay for. If you can afford a PC and are somewhat technically capable you can build a Hackintosh, you don't need to purchase a MacPro, either. Hell, you can make it triple boot Windows/macOS and whatever distro of Linux… but I've done all this, have you? You're going to post videos of obvious sht too? You're getting ridiculous. Would you prefer 60fps or 120fps?
120! No sht, Sherlock.
First of all, a vast majority of PCs are indeed gaming PCs. Most people that own PCs do indeed have them for gaming. Saying that they are only used for "checking emails and browsing the web" is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. Get over yourself, bud.
Second of all... what the ♥♥♥♥ are you talking about? Building a Hackintosh is literally ILLEGAL. Why would I judge Macs based off of an option that is literally illegal?
And since when did I say that 60 FPS was better than 120 FPS? I simply said that most Macs cannot handle the game at a higher framerate, which still holds true, with the exception of, you guessed it, the Mac Pro.
I'm ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ done here. You can just keep ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about how Macs are somehow good at gaming.
impossible to find games in death match with (os : catalina) is it normal ?
Apologies for any frustration this has been causing. This is most likely due to the limited number of Mac players. Call of Duty: Black Ops III is no longer cross-platform compatible with the Windows version.
We encourage players to join our #call-of-duty Discord Channel to find other Mac players playing Black Ops III. Again I apologize for any frustration this has caused.
It was already an old game when they released it for macOS, most people play the newer versions on PC/console, then after the PC version was updated months ago they gave up on the macOS version.
I gave up and just uninstalled it.
I had to sign in to my Steam account so I could respond to this nonsense. Black Ops 3 isn't a very demanding game, it's down there with FIFA, so at this point it's possible that more computers that are still used today can run it at 30FPS+ than not, but most non-Apple computers in use today are not "gaming PCs" and would be unable to run anything like Cyberpunk 2077, Fallout 76, whatever the latest Assassin's Creed is, etc.
Hackintoshes are not "illegal". They violate Apple's ToU for macOS, but violating ToU is not against the law.
Now we have M1 Macs and they can play BO3 at 60FPS at least (only tests I have seen are with the internal display which is 60Hz only). Even the $800-900 MacBook Air can do it.
But no I wouldn't say most people with PCs use them for gaming (of course we mean like AAA games, not Stardew Valley or Farmville or anything else that any Mac going back to 2012 can also run, because then what are we arguing about, right?).
