Broken Gobblegum Customization Help!

So apparently I can't use any of my gobble gums. I am not sure why. When I customize my pack it resets once im done customizing them. I really don't know what's causing this. Sometimes ill get 2 gobble gums that I added to work but that's rare.



Note that in the screenshot, on the left is what I changed and on the right it resets and does not save.

Do you own the DLC 3&4 gums? You won't be able to actually equip them unless you also install the MP DLC packs. It's a known issue. You'll see them in your gum selection, but after equipping them it will just reset the gum pack. If you don't own the SP and you just bought the zombie maps separately you should contact Activision's support and explain it to them.

I own all dlc besides The Giant, and I only have Gorod Krovi from that DLC. I have the mp stuff as well besides the one that contains Gorod. But b4 I even had any DLC I could not customize any gobble gums I had. So I don't think its a DLC issue

If it affects every gum then I don't know. I'd suggest you contact Activision support and see what they have to say. Alternatively verify cache and/or reinstall BO3, but I doubt that would help.

Sadly I have not. Just a bug I guess that was never fixed : /

Can happen due to Projectile Vomiting and Newtonian Negation if you don’t have their respective MP DLCs installed (Descent for Projectile Vomiting, and Salvation for Newtonian Negation), and the screenshot you’ve provided shows you trying to use Projectile Vomiting. Try without those gobblegum two gums.
