VAC Ban to use a trainer on Black OPS III ?

Hello, i want use a trainer, just software to test a map on modded game,
Is it possible to ban it if I use it? I do not change stats, and I would only use this in singleplayer

If you want to mess with trainers or CE, play in offline mode. Offline mode doesn't sync your save data and you are not connected to the BO3 servers. If you use trainers while online, even in menus, you could get banned.

VAC needs to be online to work, so no. BO3 also runs a second anti cheat made by Treyarch I believe, but again you most likely have to be online for it to work.

Don't use any unofficial mod. Meaning if it is not in the workshop don't use it. If you have a question about a mod then ask Treyarch, don't ask here.

There is no such thing as an official mod, putting a mod on the workshop doesn't make it official. Websites like UGX also have BO3 maps and mods to download, they won't get you banned. Meanwhile the workshop here on Steam offers a weapon kit+ mod which basically allows you to use limited time camos AND in addition zombie mode exclusive camos in MP and campaign by abusing an exploit. If you go around using unobtainable camos in MP, there's a good chance you're getting banned despite the fact you used an "official mod" from the workshop.

I tried the exact same thing on bo2 back in the day, got me a nice vac ban. Don't bother dude...

Just look on the workshop for a mod menu. Run the mod menu in the mods tab in bo3 and you're good to go. no VAC ban because the game puts you in a unranked setting I guess. You can even use the mod online as long as everyone else is subbed to the same mod menu

Except VAC isn't actually installed directly on your PC and you need a server connection for it to work. You can't get a VAC ban while not connected to the internet. You could get one if you mess with save data that gets synced later (Dark Souls comes to mind), but other than that it's not possible.
I have no idea what Treyarch's own anti cheat does or how it works, but getting banned via that wouldn't be a VAC ban it would merely be a game ban.
