bo4 custom zombies
will bo4 have custom zombies or workshop and can i use bo3 custom zombies for bo4?

No, no and nope. Its on battlenet and wont be on Steam. Maybe the devs will alow custom maps in some sort of way, but no one can see into the future.

If i was to guess the tools used to make BO4 are the same or very similair to the BO3 tools . Modding is a good way of continuing interest in a game so i expect modding to be a thing in BO4
