90° is the standard FOV on PC. I personally play with the highest settings possible to have more overview. 120° is the highest possible FOV in BO3.

i'd say put it on max, you see more and you feel a lot faster.

This is entirely your preference. Most may tell you to go max, but you may not like the feel of super high FOV, as the fish eye lens effect may not work so well for others. You just need to experiment and see what works for you.

for laptop users 65 to 70 is better for large screen 80 to 100 is better,the point is on small screen
the charactor will looks very small while running and you can miss the target easily or you could be easily targeted if your fov is above 90 for large screen its a different story though
