Black Ops 3 Immediately Crashes Without Warning/Error Message

I just found out that this is happening last night when trying to play some zombies, but every time i go to launch the game, it asks me if i want to run it in safe mode, and regardless of what i say, the game crashes after five to ten seconds of launching at a blac screen. there is no "black ops 3 has stopped responding" message or anything. i have tried verifying the game cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, running as administrator (which it is set to automatically do), and i do not have ANY anti virus, anti spyware, VPN, P2P, IP filtering, or download manager softwares, and my firewall/secutiry apps are default windows apps that are set to let black ops 3 do its thing. somebody please help, ive spent an embarassing amount of money on this game and i would like to be able to play it again.

Don't forget to re-enable your graphics card driver after the clean boot.
