Figured Out My Crashing And Freezing Issue - Exodus Map

It turns out that my crashing issue has been a bug all the way back to the PS4 when it first came out. It seems it happens in splitscreen and online as well. But I have only had this problem since the latest patch. This PC game has been ported from the PS4 version, since this Exodus bug is still present. Many posts about the issue, but no fixes. Very typical of Activision:

Also it seems to crash whenever someone calls in the killstreak R.A.P.S in this map. Haven't had any trouble with other maps.

The most ironic thing about all of this is the patch notes for the latest patch:

Same thing I do, I play splitscreen in a dual monitor configuration.

Has anyone else had crashes with the Exodus map after the latest patch on PC?
