You should be able to split screen, but I'm pretty sure you have to have one person using kb+m and one person using controller (I forget which one needs to be P1 and which needs to be P2).

what? all you need is a pc to ps3 port and a pc controller and you got split screen. the pc controller isnt required but recommended.

It can be either, you just change it in the options menu, you CAN have two controllers. but one has to be ps3 and the other has to be a pc controller, not sure if 2 360 controllers work.
