English files for Black Ops III
Greetings to everyone.I would like to know if anybody knows where I can find English files to change the language of the game.Of course,I tried Google,but the only thing I found is some old English files (2015).Anyways,I would be grateful if somebody could tell me where can I find them.
P.S. It's the Russian version,I cannot change the language on Steam

Next time when buying outside of Steam make sure you get a copy for your preferred language...

You can try this:

1. Go to the game folder where you have installed Black Ops 3.
2. Find a file named localization.txt.
3. Delete the file and empty recycle bin.
4. Run the game to check if it worked.

If that didn't work:

1. Go to the game folder and look for a text file named Steam_Api64.
2. Open the file and press CTRL+F to open the find command and type Language in it.
3. It shall direct you to language work which will be Language = Russian.
4. Replace Russian with English.
5. Run the game and check if it worked.

If both previous options failed:

1. Go to the game folder and delete all Russian files.
2. Download the English Files from the link below and paste them at the same place.
3. Run the game and you will have the English language in there.

These are the exact same files I downloaded already.They are outdated.Also,I tried the same methods as you wrote here,they don't work either.
P.S. I live in Russia,I cannot overpay for a ROW game just to get English localization.

Have you tried to verify the game cache right after doing any of the options?

I solved my problem by getting family access from an account w/ the English version of Black Ops 3.I used another account,downloaded the game and then switched to my main account again.

Mixman, can you upload english localization files please? I guess all of them in the zone folder(all "eng_*" files and "eng" folder in "snd", and localization.txt ofc), about 4-4,5Gb.

I will try to find the files you need.But,with my internet,I can only guess how long will it take.Add me
