Random players joining a private lobby?!

So far this has happened twice to me, once whilst playing with a friend a random player joins our game (my friend and I made sure that they where not on our friends lists). And another time when it was just me alone in a private lobby. I dont know how people are joining me, can anyone help?

in the game menu click on recent players it will show a list of players you can join any player by clicking join button.

In the Social menu make sure your party settings are set to either "friends only" or "closed". The party setting is set to "open" by default (i think), so anyone can join your party if they want. Ofton players do this when they can't find a game, so they join a random player in hopes of getting into a public game/lobby. Then there are those players who just want to party with better players.

At any "main" menu press "S" with ur keyboard, then click "manage party". From there just adjust the setting under "party privacy".
