how do i solve this. ive been searching for a fix but each of them hasnt work like the thread counts and installing windows feature pack.

I reinstalled the game twice while deleting the config file each time but im still stuck at the title screen with 15 fps, I am considering to reinstall windows but if anyone can help me, I will be very grateful.

Mhh... Do you have a controller connected?
If yes, try and disconect that. I got no other solutions.

What is your specs? do you have the latest windows updates?? what is your video card??

r9 nano
i7 4790
16 gb ram

when you press enter it stuck?, maybe you have troubles connecting to cod servers!.I suggest to verify the game cash..

You can try these to see if it fixes your issue:

Add Black Ops 3 game folder to your Antivirus and Firewall exception list

If Enter is not working, have you tried clicking your mouse button?

I did a clean boot and it still didn't fix BO3.

I also checked the exception list and Black Ops 3 was allowed through firewall and I don't have an active antivirus app.

Clicking anything doesn't work because when I do, the Treyarch logo appears in the bottom right and is constantly loading and I waited 20 minutes and it was still like that.

I think you have troubles connecting to COD servers.Launch the game and don't press any key until you reach "press ENTER", disconnect your PC from the internet "disconnect any ethernet cable ,turn off any wireless", press ENTER and see if you can reach the main menu.
