Bo3 Crashes in Zombies, Kino Only
Is anyone else experiancing an issue with Kino Der Toten in Zombies? it is the only map for me that crashes Black ops 3. I have had a couple of different issues with it. First it flat out froze and crashed, second I had a runtime error which i then verified the integrity of its files and found none were corrupted. then it just froze and crashed again.

Kino is the only map this happens with.

I also was reviewing my computer's performance while BO3 was running and nothing was out of the ordinary. i was still getting consistent frames with little to no frame drop, no High spike in Ram or Disk usage, my CPU didnt pin at all.

My PC is fully up to date on Windows 10, All drivers and Razer Synapse.(as a side note what does the chroma app even do with black ops 3....)

LOL BEAT YOU TO IT TA PCPROD ASSIT
couple of things to try .

First verify the integrity of the Game Cache:
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335

Next ensure that you are running both BO3 and Steam as an Admin

Also ensure you have the latest drivers and windows update and reset the graphics settings back to in game default settings.

Check for the following interference https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9828-SFLZ-9289

If you are encountering: "Black Ops 3 has stopped working error message" or having issues starting the game

For Issues with Antivirus Software
If you are running Antivirus software we recommend adding the entire BO3 folder to your antivirus Exception List. The folder is commonly found at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops III
For Comodo Users select Settings -> Advanced Protection -> Miscellaneous -> Detect Shell Code Injections [Exclusion] and add the entire BO3 folder to the exclusion list.
For Bullguard Users you will also need to go to Settings -> Main -> and uncheck self protection.

If Issue still Persist
For Windows N and KN users, ensure that you have the correct Media Feature Pack installed
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3145500/media-feature-pack-list-for-windows-n-editions

If you are using Razer Synapse, make sure to update to the latest driver

Perform a clean boot per instruction and only start up bare minimum programs, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
NZXT CAM,MSI Afterburner, and Razer Cortex are known software that may have conflict with BO3

If the game doesn't start and you have disabled ASLR, re-enable it'
