Can't change my emblem

I recently made a new emblem but every time i try to set it, it registers that I pressed the button to set it but it doesn't change. Also with my calling card, I changed the calling card correctly but every time i exit the menu and re-enter it, everything is reset again.

Have had the issue as well. Sometimes it does change the chosen emblem or card but the majority of the times i've tried it doesn't change them. (at least not visual & real-time)
Although, when you've exited and next time entered the game again the changes should have been made.
Unless maybe you didnt allow Steam to synchronise your games.

Verifying the game cache might also fix it. Not sure. But verifying is never a bad idea....
