Crash on startup, seemingly tried everything.
*EDIT FOR CLARIFICATION* The crash is immediate, it happens on a black screen regardless of resolution or whether it's full screen or windowed. There is no intro the time it takes to go not responding is around 5 seconds and it is not a crash that closes the process on it's own I have to click close application for it to close.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm on Windows 7 Latest graphics drivers (NVIDIA GTX 760 if that helps)

I have ZERO Antivirus programs, I even uninstalled MalwareBytes which I never run except if I know I have something and then I immediately close it

I have tried starting BO3 on a clean boot after reinstalling and checking cache

I have it running in administrator just in case there's something it needs to access that it can't without admin privileges.

I do not have NZXT Cam, MSI Afterburner, MacType, Google IME, Overwolf, or Razer Cortex.

I know that I have the capability of running the game because I played the game day 1 and stopped playing because of the optimization issues, so It's not a problem of being able to handle the game's requirements.

Here is the clean boot task list since I saw on an earlier post that someone was supposed to give their clean boot task list. (I started steam in order to test whether a clean boot allowed me to run the game)

(There is another tasklist after this where I have disabled a few processes, see below for that one)

I would disable wlanext, its related to windows wireless. Its not needed from what i can tell.
Disable IpOverUsbSvc, its related to windows phone it seems.
Disable aprp, its related Asus.
Disable WmiPrvSe, its related to windows but has been reported to cause issues with anti virus software.

I dont think you did a proper clean boot as some of these shouldnt be showing up. Prime example is PnkBstrA. Which is PunkBuster anti cheat program that Battlefield typically uses.

Try disabling those n see what happens.

I opened up MSConfig chose selective startup, hid all Microsoft Processes and clicked disable all services, did I miss something? It might also be because I got the list after checking if a clean boot allowed me to run BO3, wasn't very smart on my part, I'm once again reinstalling BO3 cleanly and I've stopped all the ones you've suggested and disabled them from automatically starting (except for wlanext, I couldn't find it in msconfig so I assume I'll just have to end it after booting) So I'll be back in an hour or 2 after it's done downloading and I've rebooted (hopefully correctly this time)

Tried another config file? I believe it's cloud saved, so will persist over re-installs.

No dice, still the same exact crash

Odd, I'm having the same issue you are.

I would never ever use a file from the internet. You have no idea if its legit or not. Could way to mess your game up or even get you banned if something were hidden. Its not worth the risk. Id be very careful over that.

Just a config file, a glance over is all it takes to put your mind at ease.

You dont need to keep reinstalling the game. Its not gonna magically fix it, especially if that isnt the issue to begin with.

Is the game on the same drive as steam?

Are you using a sound card?

Yea and there are fake ones out there that can get you banned. Things can be hidden so you have no clue what was installed.
Adjusting your settings based on that is different but installing a file, never a good idea.

From your latest clean boot list, you need to re-enbled steam and your graphics card drivers for you to run the game. Also please link your dxdiag.

Not sure if you're only aiming this at those who have an issue, but yes - with several stats/bindings/loadout files.
