A.B.C.D.E.F.-.H.I.J.K.-.-.N.-.-.-.-.-.T.U.V.W.X.Y.Z.a.b.c. error code Please Help

I have been getting this error for the past week error code A.B.C.D.E.F.-.H.I.J.K.-.-.N.-.-.-.-.-.T.U.V.W.X.Y.Z.a.b.c. I have tried doing most suggestions i could fine such as waiting for numbers in top right to change, restarting my router, clean booting, uninstall reinstall, verify cache files, making it an execption for my anti virus. None have worked, and at this point i am ready to try anything to fix it.

In the router make sure UPnP is turn off and see what your Nat Filtering is set to, set it to open not secured.

Also make sure your anti virus isn't causing a conflict.
