Everytime i load up my pc BO3 Keeps on downloading 1.1GB

So when i load up my pc BO3 Keeps on downloading a 1.1GB file onto my pc.

After it has downloaded i go onto the game and i cant connect to ANYTHING. Like it wont let me connect to any Multiplayer and Zombies Game.

I dont know if this is also linked to it but i also see that the summer update banners have gone completely white.

I have tried to verify game cashe and it says all files are here so i dont know what to do...

Have you verified integrity of local game files to make sure you aren't missing anything?

Yes i have and it says that all the files are there.

Are you subscribed to a bunch of workshop items? You said it wouldn't let you connect...are you getting an error message and do you have screenshots of the error message? Also are you using a VPN?

Are you subscribed to a bunch of workshop items? You said it wouldn't let you connect...are you getting an error message and do you have screenshots of the error message? Also are you using a VPN?

Does VPN interfear with games? I dont personally use it. Im just curious.

VPN can mess with matckmaking and finding games.

I do not have a VPN and i have 0 Workshop items downloaded.

Also i do not get an error at all actually when i load it up it just says connecting to online service then it goes onto the menu as normal.

i have found out that if i see the summer games banner on the message of the day is white thats when i know it wont let me play.

Ok done that.

This time it showed up on the downloads but with only a 0mb download. So i went on saw that the message of the day has changed so i got onto a game of TDM and it worked!

I just downloaded the game 30gB and immediately it says verifying game in the side bar and “updating” in the downloads page and the bar down the bottom… this update or verification was over 40gB apparently, sucks because I only downloaded because with selective MP only: it shoulda been 30gB only. So it finally gets to 60% after FOUR HOURS wtf, and then seems to suddenly finish and I can boot it fine. It seems like it just took forever to verify; the 40gB “update” was just the ‘name’ of the full installed game files. It said 3.4gB/3.4gB in download menu.
The game just crashed on ENTER to start, but I think coincidence.
