Black Ops 3 Not Starting Fix (SafeMode Bug) [Razer Cortex Users!]

Hello Black Ops III community,

(This post is only for Razer Cortex users only!)
After making my last post I wanted to make a separate post to help you fix "Would you like to open in safe mode" and if you were to answer the game wouldn't open. I've also haven't found any post on this discussion.

If this has started happening to you I'm pretty sure its because of the new Zombie Chronicles Update.
I was super confused on why my game just started randomly bugging out, I was experiencing crashes and the game not starting. I soon found out that it was a Razer Cortex problem.
The only way to fix this problem (from what I've discovered) is to close Razer Cortex, either from exiting from your hidden icons on your task bar or from ending the process from task manager (right click on task bar and click task manager).
Boot up the game and it should ask you to start in safe mode one more time and just answer no if you don't want your graphics settings messed up and it should boot up no problem. I hope this post helped you with your game not opening.
Edit : I just saw some post with a dude named Chris helping people with this Razer Cortex so props to him!

I have too the problem... Must kill the pid of process "razer chroma", "razer scanner" and "razer synapse" for then playing.... Please dev a update for correction the problem... Or communicate with razer ?
