If you're doing it alone, you can go to the fight at R12. With a Fireworks Dingo and Haymaker, as well as monkeys. All you really need is a single Perkaholic and well-used zombies.

Yeah, funny story, me and a three-team on Der Eisendrache did the Easter Egg. Actually there were four people. Three of us had Self Medication. One guy had Near Death Experience. The guy with NDE lagged out but we still went in. Somehow there was this one moment where me and another guy kept going down when we were revived wasting our Self Medications. Probably a Boss Fight thing. Than we all died. It was around the panzer and skeleton phase.
