Can Uncut & Cut Player ,Play Together?

i want to buy Black Ops 3 with my Brother once the Kino der Toten DLC comes out but he is not sure which version he has

1. There is no cut or uncut version of Black Ops 3. The last CoD that was in any way cut was MW3. All others after it had one version only internationally.

2. There is no "Kino der Toten DLC", only Zombies Chronicles which contains Kino der Toten as one of eight maps.

for example this it says DE/EU (Germany/Europa)

Then it should be fine. Idk what DE mean but it clearly says Europe.
