Crash on startup

When i start my game it is a black screen for about 2-10 seconds, then says bo3 has stopped working and then i have to close it. Ive tried incredibly many things so the common fixes you dont have to tell me :). One thing to note, is that when i start the game while I'm in windows safe mode, the game launches up just fine, which is why i tried disabling startup programs and services, didnt work though. Please help me ;(.

Couple things to try,

Make sure you you have updated windows, graphics driver and are using in game default graphics settings

Verify the integrity of your game cache, https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335

Add Black Ops 3 game folder to your Antivirus and Firewall exception list. AVAST and AVG are known to have issues. Add BO3 folder to the exception list to resolve this.

Perform a clean boot per instruction and only start up bare minimum programs, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
NZXT CAM and MSI AFterburner are known software that may have conflict with BO3

Make sure to run both BO3 and Steam as an admin.

Also what are your computer specifications?

Already done all of those and:
Windows 10 64-Bit
GTX 1050 Ti
AMD FX-6300
16GB RAM
Enough Space

What anti-virus software are you using?

and ive added an exeption to both steam and bo3, tried disabling it and also deinstalling it.

yes i have and it didnt work

Something with your pc is conflicting with the game. The likely suspects are NZXT Cam, MSI afterburner and antivirus software.

Do you have any other monitoring software running on your PC?

I dont really have anything running on my pc aprt from browser, steam and services like sound.
And i dont have msi afterburner or nzxt cam

There is always other stuff running on your pc. That is why i suggested the clean boot process. If you followed the instruction any only started up what is needed to get the game running, then there is probably something else on your PC that needs to be troubleshoot

thanks it worked.... i had to make a excepption for Blops3 on my avast antivirus programm :D

It's ridiculous either way. Whatever the conflict is, no other game seems to have any trouble with what I'm running. So fix it.

Yes, i agree, nearly all of my steam games work but of course black ops 3 doesnt. Someone please help me fix it
