Black Ops 3 Zombies (Custom Maps) Cant move glitch *NEED FIX*

[SWIPPER NO SWIPING]

So after playing for a while on mostly custom zombies maps, sometimes i get a glitch or something where i cant move and in the game i cant do anything except look around and shoot with the mouse. Its like most of the keyboard is rendered useless with all the buttons not doing anything in game like A,W,S,D,R,Q,E, ETC. Also, a rectangle shaped box shows up at the top left of the screen while still in game and there is Chinese text in it and its numbered like 1.) 2.) 3.) with Chinese or some type of Asian text in it. I have looked for a solution and have found none. I have tried anything i can and its not a problem with my system and i don't think the game files are damaged or corrupt in any way.

Specs if you need them
I3-6100 3.7Ghz
MSI H110m Gaming MOBO
8gb of HyperX DDR4 ram
Gigabyte 1050TI OC edition (i have it overclocked usually)
500W Corsair PSU
1TB HDD

A solution would be greatly appreciated

If it is an issue with a MOD map you have to contact the MOD maker.

It happens on multiple mod maps i play and it seems like no one else has the same issue, i have tried everything i could but it seems to keep happening. no matter the map.

You might need to troubleshoot your keyboard, try reinstalling your drivers..etc

Hello, its not my keyboard or mouse. they work when i alt-tab. its only in the game and sometimes when i click the button i hear beeping sound and a box shows up with chinese text most of the time. i really dont know why and ive tried everything.

I have got this bug in this game on reg maps before where i spawn in the map and all my keyboard settings are wiped and i have to reset my keyboard control settings, try that, reset to default

Also verify the game cache for black ops 3

i have tried verifying the files and nothing is wrong with them. and ive tried the restore to defult and it doesn't work most times. i just reinstalled the game and if it happens again i really do not know

yeah changing controls to defalt does nothing. i really dont know what to do i honestly dont think its my keyboard this does not happen on any other game. this has really made the game completley unplayable for me.
