BO3 Mod Tools not finishing installation

Well, I finally got BO3 and a new PC, and I was all excited about downloading the tools, but they won't install.

Already downloaded the 23 GB of the tools (without additional assets) two times, but it just doesn't finishes installing, network usage and disk usage stop, but it still says downloading even though the 23 GB are already downloaded, and then, it magically starts again!

I don't have the best Internet, so I have to stop all the usage on the house for this to download at a good speed, and I'm already tired of loosing my time with this.

Does anybody know how to fix this or why it happens?

If PCDev or at least ta_pcprod_assist can answer also, it would be good too, since I saw that ta_pcprod_assist was recently active.

I had the same issue once when Steam wanted to download the tools again. I did that and it installed properly.

Well, I must be crazy then, cause I already reinstalled the tools two times and when it finishes it hangs up as I said and time left just increases, and increases, and increases.

EDIT: Sorry, didn't corretly read your answer. When I had the error, I just deleted all the local content and then started again. But that means that I'll have to do two downloads again, since I already deleted the local content (again) before getting crazy.

Hello there, I did get the problem fixed but I can't recall what I did for it to stop happening. If I'm not mistaken I followed some of the procedures described in the page that ta_pcprod_assist sent me.

Ok so I got it to work to by downloading it to an internal drive and then moving it to external, unfortunately I lost my app manafest.acf file. Do you happen to know where I could get one for the current mod tools? My drive is super slow at validating files and I don't want to have it run for 18 hours to do so. Thank you so much for replying!
