RoW vs Normal?

I just bought this of G2A, it gave me a RoW version. Does this make any difference?

It means "Rest of World", which means it is not censored and what the rest of the world get that doesn't apply to a certain region.

There will be different regions such as there is probably a (DUE) German version which is censored.

Nope, no german version - since Black Ops 2, all games in the series are uncut (translation difference not withstanding, of course, but if you switch to a different language, that is also reverted).
I think there is a regional difference between some Eastern Europe / Western Asia and the rest of the world due the regional differenes in prices.

I think there are differences (or at least it's considered as such) for the SpecOps and/or Survival Mode there. While the game should be uncut otherwise.
I know it is the case for MW2.

Still, Black Ops 2 - at least on retail copies here - is the first time they pute the note "100% uncut" on it.

no, mw3 has the same note on it :D believe me, i have the retail copy next to me.
