Why do people hate Zetsubou No Shima?
It's the best map out of all the others in my opinion

I think it was really glitchy at release or something.

I tried it solo and it doesnt look bad imo.
If you can teach me a thing or two at the map then add me. (I usually play eisendrache)

Because 90% of this community are bad at zombies so any map requiring some skill to play is too hard so they all hate it because you actually need some skill to survive. Zetsubou is for me my second most favourite map, first being Gorod.
I'm talking about pure gameplay, no high rounds here. The harder the map, the more I like it
By my scales from hardest it is: Gorod, ZNS, Giant, SOE, DE and Revelations.
I'm sure 90% of this community who are ♥♥♥♥ at zombies are saying Gorod or ZNS are the worst maps ever and say Revelations being the best map of all because any idiot can play it.
I love all maps but I hate people say some map is bad just because they are just PURELY OBVIOUSLY bad it at. Pisses me off.

Excuses, every map in BO3 including SOE and Giant were all glitched at the very beggining of their release.

I don't think ZNS is a difficult map, it's just incredibly tedious. I haven't played that map ever since I completed the EE and when I ask myself "do I really want to spend over an hour setting up?" then the answer usually is "no". This is an issue on all zombies maps in BO3 but ZNS took it to a new level.

The main reason why I like this map the least in BO3 is the tedious setup. Even when I use perkaholic it takes significantly more time to set up for high rounds (power, pack a punch, spider bait, farming clone plants etc.) than in other maps. I can well imagine how annoying it must be for newbies, who might even go down when getting the power on, so I don't wonder at all why many people hate the map. Quest hunting and high rounds are two completely different things and whenever I go for high rounds, it pisses me off having to do sh*tloads of tedious stuff to get started.

However, the map itself is not hard when you learn the key strategies. My personal record is 88, but even round 100 should be relatively easy on solo if I just had the time some day. Training in the skull room using upgraded LCAR-9 and RK5 (since they are fast and you can buy ammo, no wonder weapon needed) with dead wire/blast furnace, using the skull to kill trashers and have a couple of clone plants as back up if you happen to go down. Of course this requires quick reflexes and you need to know the zombies' spawn pattern in the room very well so you don't get stuck. And if you do, escape gums or spider bait are there to save you. The spawns are incredibly quick and predictable. Also, an easy strategy for a party of 3 or 4 is to camp in the pathway leading to the boss fight arena with the wonder weapons.

TL;DR: The map is not hard when you know they key strategies and spots. It's the annoying setup that makes it inferior to other maps.

I like it aswell Its just sort of the least Unique and exciting out of the bo3 maps,It was Youtubers making memes about it that caused most of the hate

it had an annoying lag when walking through the map. It got fixed 7 months later. Same in gorod krovi. Never played those maps because of that
