Now in terms if multiplayer content, Black Ops III is by far and out much higher quality, has dedicated servers and has a populated community which Infinite Warfare simply doesn't have. Black Ops III still recieves developer support on pc to this day and they'll likely continue to do so in the future if past Treyarch releases predict the future.
Just keep in mind that although I'm recommending Infinite Warfare for the campaign and bot quality, don't say I didn't warn you that the Infinite Warfare community is dead if you started getting into the multiplayer and wanted to get involved with public matches, because it's already a ghost town, let alone some time down the line. Even Ghosts didn't die so quickly, so be warned.
Anyways, just my opinion, but I hope this helps.
And of course there is Free Run, a pure solo mode to train the movement system.
I haven't played IW but I completed BO3's campaign twice and if you're looking for replayability then BO3 has it. The missions take considerably longer than in the older games, the levels are much bigger so you don't have to squeeze through the exact same corridors every time, there is 4-player coop and custom classes as well as the new cybercore abilities which are pretty fun to use.
Realistic difficulty was also fun to do in BO3. IW has something similar but apparently it's easier and you don't even get an achievement or anything for beating it so there is virtually no incentive to play it.
I've played more than enough of both games to determine which campaign was of a higher quality and you don't need to complete a game, nor unlock all achievements to come to that judgement. Regardless my opinion is just that, an opinion which everyone is entitled to. Yet my opinion is of a hands on experience of both games and your opinion of Infinite Warfare is based on second hand knowledge. That's not to say that you're not entitled to your opinion, but there's obviously an underlying bias considering you've already predetermined that certain elements are superior in Black Ops III without even playing Infinite Warfare.
I made that very clear in my post which is why I didn't compare the two games.
