Will it upgrade if i buy it on G2A?

So i have the starter pack and i want to get zombies chronicles. Do i have to spend the 40$ to upgrade on steam or can i just pay 25$ for the full game on g2a?

I am not quite understanding do you mean buy it from another site? if you want to play zombie chronicles you will have you upgrade to the full for 45 if I was you I would wait for a sale cause I picked up the full game on sale for $30 last week

The Multiplayer Starter Pack is exactly what it says: The Multiplayer ONLY. No campaign, no zombies.
Zombies Chronicles is exactly what it says: A Zombies only DLC.

Now take a wild guess if you can play a Zombies Only DLC with a Multiplayer only version of a game. I'll wait.

im talking about buying the full game from another site for cheaper than upgrading. i was just wondering if that would work or if steam would say i already have this game
