Black Ops 3 won't start

Hey, so couple of weeks before i write this i had a problem where i would start my BO3, the window appears then nothing happens. After another try it asks me if i wanna run in it safety mode which i know doesn't change anything but even when i press yes it still won't open. I'm not sure how i was able to fix this problem i guess it happened automatically but now it occurs again when im trying to start the game. I have no ideas what's wrong

#Edit: It even shows that im playing BO3 but after a couple of seconds im back at normal. Hope we can get some helping hands here

Same issue here. Redownloaded and cannot get the game to start :(

Put BO3 in your anti virus's exception list, that's supposed to fix the problem

Already done it. It won't fix anything, i only have my Windows Defender so i added it there but it still won't launch

Now i recognized that after where the problem occurs and the game doens't launch a small i think cmd window opens but i can't tell what it its because it closes so fast

My specs:
Windows 10 version 1703
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor 4.00 GHz
RAM: 16 GB
Graphic Card: AMD r290x

And yes im running Razer Synapse, does it affect BO3 in any way? Because i have this program open 24/7 and before, as i said, i had no problems

#Edit: And right now im verifying my game cache and the other suggestions i already tried but didn't seem to work.

Verifying game cache didnt work either. Closed Razer Synapse but it still doesn't work.

Okay so quick update, its not the pcs fault. I just resetted my whole computer but it still won't open, i don't get it

I was working for me again. I didn't do anything to be honest. I started the game a couple of times directly from the folder directory and sometimes it said "Steam must be open to run this"-ish. Then i restarted my computer and out of nowhere it worked. Im not sure if i this helps the other ones but yea, i just worked around with it and after a couple of tries it worked. Kinda weird why this even exists..

SOLUTION GUYS (for me it worked atleast)

Press the Windows+R to open the run menu
Then type "msconfig"
A small window should appear where you select at the first tab "Custom Boot"
Go to the "Services" tab
Tick at the bottom left corner to make all windows services invisible
And then if you have AMD or NVIDIA there should be a service from them. For me it was "AMD External Events Utility". Remove the tick
Then simply click apply and ok and now it should ask you to restart your computer, do so
And voila, your Black Ops 3 should start up as it did for me.

I hope this works for somebody! Tell me if it does.

Black Ops 3 does not start for me. Only the black screen appears, and close again. I tried to close all startup things, and it came back the same way, until this tip of yours did not work.

I have tried everything a bit, now I will make a backup of the game, and uninstall it, to install again the party of the backup made. There are no more things I can do, I have already modified the antivirus, I have done several times the verification of the files of the game by steam, until excludes the executable and downloaded again. I put the executable in various forms of compatibility ...

All I could do, I've done, except for this backup and reinstallation, because the game is 100gb. It will be a while longer ...

The problem that you have a different problem here. For me game didnt even show me a black screen it did nothing, i just saw how i was no longer shown as playing Black Ops 3. Im sorry i cant help you with that.

The problem that you have a different problem here. For me game didnt even show me a black screen it did nothing, i just saw how i was no longer shown as playing Black Ops 3. Im sorry i cant help you with that.

It sounds like you have software blocking Steam. I have seen that message and every time it was software causing issue with BO3/Steam.

It's either your anti virus or other software that's loading on start up thats causing the issue.

Open task manager, under start up tab, disable any programs. Test game and see if it's working. If it works then you have a program that's conflicting with the game/Steam.

I've tried to do that, and it did not help. The game starts a window, and closes soon after.

See my requirements on my Steam profile page. And I have 22 hours of game in Black Ops 3. It has been some time that the game has this problem, but it was not calling because it was not in order to play it. But I need to get it back, because I bought it and I can not play.
