why self medication doesnt work?

why self medication doesnt work? i had 3x activations but it didnt activate
my bleedout time was increased but didnt get revived....

really? i didnt know i need to kill a zombie in order it to activates....

but in other situation
there is also another problem with this gobblegum

when it revives me
if i got quick revive on my perk slots i dont get my perks back...

no dude i use perkoholic and self medication on ee, if you get a kill, you keep them all even quick revive

if i got quick revive on my perk slots i dont get my perks back...

If you do not get a kill with in the downed time then you will be revived by quick revive and will lose all of your perks because you didn't kill in time and had to rely on the quick revive. If you get a kill in time you will be revived and you will keep all of your perks. It ain't bugged, it's how it works!

only today i figured that i need to kill in order this gum ball to work becuz i got revived cuz of the electric cherry perk when it killed the zombies
